Wedding Package Details

Cakes

  • Pricing starts at $4 per serving for Standard cakes, with a minimum order of $200 for all weddings.

  • Additional charges apply for Premium cake flavors, frostings, and fillings.

  • Fondant covered tiers are an additional $1 per serving.

  • Decorations such as intricate piping, gum paste flowers, and fondant work are priced on an individual basis.

Extras

  • Cupcakes are sold by the dozen and start at $5 each.

  • Parisian Macarons (minimum order of 24) are sold by the dozen and start at $3 each.

  • Chocolate Covered Strawberries are $24 per dozen.

  • Plain frosted sheet cakes for extra servings are $3 per serving and available in limited flavors.

  • Accessories such as cake stands, toppers, and ceremonial cake cutting sets are available for a small rental fee.

Services

  • Delivery and setup starts at $25, and is FREE on orders over $600 (150 servings) up to 60 miles roundtrip.

  • Cake cutting is available if your caterer is unable to provide this service. I charge $30 for the first hour and $20 for each additional hour, with a minimum of one hour.

All wedding cake orders include a complimentary 6" replica of the top tier of your wedding cake made FRESH for your first anniversary!

Tastings & Consultations

Step into my comfortable home “office” and enjoy some delicious cake samples along with a refreshing glass of water infused with herbs from my own garden to cleanse your palate! You’ll have a chance to provide feedback on the flavors you’ve tried and get all of your questions answered. We’ll go over the design you’ve envisioned for your cake and fine tune the details—or start fresh if you haven’t thought that far. I absolutely love getting to sit down with my clients and help them plan the wedding cake of their dreams!

 

  • The fee for tastings is $40 (+ tax). Tastings must be scheduled at least one week in advance, and are only refundable if cancelled with at least one week’s notice. You may choose up to 4 cake flavors, 3 fillings, and 2 frostings to sample, and you may bring up to 3 other guests along with you. A custom quote will be provided to you before booking, and the tasting fee (minus tax) will be applied to the final cost of your cake when you book with me.

 

  • If either of our schedules prevent us from having an in-person tasting within your preferred time frame, I also offer a pickup option. You can schedule a time at your convenience to pick up your tasting cake, and after you’ve tried it at home we’ll schedule a phone or video consultation to go over all the details. The fee for this is $25 (+ tax), includes the same number of flavors, and will also be applied to the final cost of your cake.

Payment Schedule for Wedding Cakes

Wedding packages must be booked at least 60 days in advance of your event.

A non-refundable 25% deposit is due at the time of booking in order to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event, after which no changes may be made to your order.

 

Partial refunds may be offered at my discretion in case of cancellation with at least two weeks notice, and may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Booking and payments are safe and easy with online contracts and invoicing. I accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards.

What about those Everyday Celebrations?

  • Pricing for non-wedding party cakes and cupcakes is the same per serving as wedding cake prices, but with no minimum order.

  • Cakes must be booked at least one week in advance, or incur a $20 rush fee.
  • Payment in full is due two weeks prior to event (or at booking if later) -- no refunds given beyond this point.

  • A pickup time will be scheduled at the time of your order as delivery for non-wedding cakes is not available.

  • Follow me on Facebook and Instagram so you can be aware when I occasionally have small dessert cakes available at a discounted price!

  • I do my best to accommodate certain allergies, and always follow the highest sanitation standards, but I cannot guarantee that my products be 100% free from allergen contamination, as I work in a kitchen where these ingredients may be handled. You are strongly advised to inform your guests of the cake flavors and any possible allergens.

  • I take the utmost care in handling your cake from beginning to end, and will always make sure it lands safely and beautifully on the table at your reception. However, I cannot be held responsible for any damage that happens to your cake after I have safely delivered it. Please be aware that hot, humid conditions can have an adverse effect on confections, and choose the display location for your cake accordingly.
